We will accept returns and exchanges on orders purchased within 30 days. If you would like to return your item, please email us at info@recesswomen.com with your order number and a description of what you'd like to return or exchange. 

Refunds and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. RECESS cannot refund initial shipping costs and customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on any returns or exchanges. Please note that only unused or undamaged merchandise is eligible for a refund. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will inspect the condition of the item and issue you a refund promptly. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated. 

All shipping costs will be automatically factored in based on the shipping location, size and weight of the package. All orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS. Domestic orders will be shipped the same week and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders typically take between 2-6 weeks depending on the country. You will receive an automated message with a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
